4-Party On The River – One of the fastest finishing to grab second with a well-timed drive by Roy Marohn last week, draws a bit better in tight opener & due to break through

8-Gold Medal Swan – Perfectly guided to a well-earned new mark last week by Mark Silva, post eight may complicate a repeat, but a similar effort makes him a threat to come right back

1-Fox Valley Steffen – Beaten favorite severely pace compromised off the soft :58 half last week, just missed in two prior starts, good for a stalking trip from the rail

7-Painted Lady – Made it two-for-two when placed first in most recent @ Pompano, Crocodile Man homebred ships into a real soft spot here

4-Escape Again – Lightly-raced filly has won half her starts, has two qualifiers under her, draws well & has room to improve

6-Dark Force – Coming off a one for 16 season, just tagged along in the qualifier behind a far superior Penpal, has a chance to step up in a field of question marks

2-Donatover – Fresh off the winning qualifier he made a nice recovery from an early miscue in his 3YO debut without trotting hopples & draws inside again for the American Viking

4-Activist – Lightly-raced gelding was a solid runner up from post eight in his second start for Team Orange Crush & draws now well to step up further

8-Seven Roses – Consistent mare was second back-to-back last month chasing standout Law Of Attraction both times, a threat here despite the outside assignment

5-Piraeus – Paced a solid back half of :55.4 to grab a minor share last week & gets another shot at a soft bottom level condition field

3-Mattjestic Tempo – Stayed flat & took her prerequisite tour of the track from post nine, second try off the bench comes from an improved post & some back class suggests more

7-Blush Hanover – Last week looked like a now-or-never spot, grinded first over & settled for third as the beaten favorite, tries the lowest level again from a tougher post, while long overdue

7-Possessed Fashion – Offered some crisp late trot to hit the board in his comebacker here off an energetic qualifier, a fresh threat with strong numbers in 2017

8-New Jersey Viking – Two a couple of months off after kicking off his season with a sparkling new mark of 1:53.3, now with a new prolific trotting barn & qualified in sharp fashion

10-Triumphant’s Chip – Made it two-for-three & took a new mark of 1:54.2 with a perfect Andy Miller drive from the rail last week, contender despite an outside draw & class hike

4-Perseverance – Forced wide around dull cover & rallied to hit the board in a solid Big M debut following two straight wins and a new mark of 1:54.4 with Lasix added

7-Sutton – Don’t know what caused him to make an uncharacteristic break in his first start in well over a year, but qualifiers were solid & has the class to rebound for Team Orange Crush

1-Elysium Lindy – Equaled his lifetime mark & surprised more than a few with his wire-to-wire upset comebacker here for Team Burke, lands the rail to prove it was no fluke

7-Freakonomics – Took the aggressive route & almost paid off in an energetic 4YO debut @ Pompano, developed into a second level stakes presence at three & poised to break out

8-The Girls Of Image – Took advantage of some class relief to rebound with a close second to the red hot Do Your Job, needs another Vinnie Ginsberg blast off

9-Know It All – Capitalized on her sharp form & unleashed a well-controlled mile on the step up in class two weeks ago, can keep it going if she is put in play again from another outside post

1-Rockin Praline – Found the waters of the Burning Point Series a bit too deep, but her previous post nine wire-to-wire was noteworthy, live item part of strong entry

5-Brunhilda – Beaten favorite committed to a late lead & nailed late by hard-charging Bullvillestephanie, draws inside again while knocking on the door

6-Ideal In Cash – Was able to pull a mild upset against a very weak bottom condition field & took a new mark in her Big M debut for Team Callahan, big threat off that effort

7-May I Cruise West – His recent form has been okay with mostly outside draws @ Freehold, 1:54.3 winner here last season returns in a field begging to be beaten

2-Billy Button – Ships in with sharp recent form elsewhere, including a commendable 1:56.4 win @ Monticello & draws well with the Big M’s leading driver

8-Jds Brent N Sheree – Finished well for a minor share in a much needed acclimating mile, post

is tougher now, but a similar effort puts her in play

5-Commentary – Team Harmon trainee drops back down to the bottom level where he twice hit the board recently, this is a big chance to stop his 2018 losing skid

1-Painite – Shook loose with loads of late trot to just miss to the well-rated favorite Iron Dome last week, fourth start off the bench from the rail in a wide-open finale

8-Majestic Sunset – Coming off that solid second two starts back he followed up with a pace-compromised third last week on the class drop, now an even tougher post complicates matters
