RACE 1

3-Dog Gone Lucky – Beaten favorite was forced first over in the slop last week, that was his first start in over three months, was racing in Yonkers Opens this past Summer & now draws better off the tightening mile

2-Shady Mccoy – Was hammered down to 3-1 & was able to turn is his game around in a real hurry, closing from a tough spot in the slop last week, this horse-for-the-course goes back to David Offenberg & draws farther inside

1-Gianni – That was some lively effort from post nine @ 42-1 last week, this steady gelding has cranked up his game & moves inside for Bob Davis

RACE 2

3-Pop Pop Joe – Tried to close from a tough spot in the comebacker @ Monticello, clearly needed the race, gets a barn change, draws well & picks up The Buckeye

1-Sutton Seelster – Sports a one for 31 record, plus a 1:52.2 here this season, makes his second start off a sick scratch, gets another shot @ this reduced level, draws much better & picks up Yannick Gingras

4-Western Toro – Went back to the top, rated under late pressure & faded last week, wired $10,000 foes in the slop before that & now drops a notch

RACE 3

7-Axios – Took a mark of 1:53.4 here a couple of years ago, recent form in Maine has been sharp, lands a demanding post, but ships into a real soft spot & could surprise this bunch

6-Verdi D Em – French-bred gelding is acclimating & seems to be making gradual progression for Team Harmon, forced wide from a tough spot & hit the board last week

3-Pegasus Point – 11YO was thriving @ Vernon Downs recently, squandered a perfect two-hole trip last week, draws inside for a chance to take charge in a field lacking significant speed

RACE 4

2-Delightful Feather – This Bettor’s Delight filly was simply delightful last week, steamrolling first over from post nine to an impressive repeat in the slop, now she draws much better off that sparkling new mark

1-Odds On Stephanie – The Tony Alagna trainee set the table & was a solid runner up to Delightful Feather last week, she also moves inside & may be able to turn the tables with a stalking trip

4-Protect Blue Chip – Has been flashing some signs of life in her last two for Team Harmon, tried to rally from an impossible spot last week, look for Michael Merton to have her closer to the pace from an improved post

RACE 5

7-Downundermatter – Was shuffled, then knifed his way through heavy stretch traffic to just miss full of trot last week, horse-of-the-course makes his third start off the bench & drops a notch

6-Montalbano Bi – As his record indicates this Team Harmon-tuned gelding just loves this track, after three months off he may be ready to roll off a lively qualifier behind the class Pinkman

1-Waiting On A Woman – Badly beaten favorite took charge from post eight & faded in the slop, now gets his third consecutive class drop & moves inside for his fourth start off the bench

RACE 6

3-Dayson – Steady Burke-tuned gelding closing in on $1 million, fresh off a confidence-boosting wire-to-wire over an off track @ Yonkers & draws inside with controlling speed

6-Muscle Diamond – A dominant Preferred Handicap winner here two weeks ago, controlled an easy pace & wrapped up in :27.2, Vincennes winner with a mark of 1:50.1 here this season faces some stiffer competition in this match up

7-Will Take Charge – Just missed here in the Cutler & Cashman, hasn’t raced since his no-chance mile from post eight in the Breeders Crown, nine-time winner this season has a chance to spark his form for the TVG Final

RACE 7

3-Followthewind N – That was some lively effort & tough narrow loss to the ultra sharp Delightful Feather last week, getting tighter on Lasix & draws better in a very similar match up

7-Shady Caroline – Faded in both comeback attempts since the late-September injury scratch, Team Burke is red-hot & this mare gets some class relief & faces a camera-shy field

2-Brazuca – Runner up to the raging Gold Orchid N two starts back @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, now ships in trying to rebound off a clunker, dangerous inside speed can set up a stalking trip

RACE 8

1A-Windsun Glory – Consistent Burke trainee has been burning up the top class @ Hoosier Park, equaled her mark of 1:50 here in the slop in late July & heads a strong entry

8-Pure Country – Three-time Dan Patch Award winner & defending TVG champion won her qualifier with confidence free-legged, just missed in the Breeders Crown, but lands outside with the big fish to fry next week

7-Blue Moon Stride – Steady closer rallied from a tough spot to grab minor spoils in the Breeders Crown, tough draw again & needs a solid speed target to shoot at

RACE 9

5-Misslarose – You gotta like the way she bounced back off another break with an energetic effort & close second to the streaking Mayfair Johnny B, this Burke trainee is a tighter now

6-Frost Free Hanover – Towered late on the far outside to just miss by a neck last week, worth a long look off that effort despite a class bump

2-Possessed Fashion – Gelding has been freshened with seven months off, qualified adequately behind Pinkman, draws inside & owns substantial back class

RACE 10

3-Nohillforaclimber – Back-to-back winner in PA & lowered his mark to 1:56.4 two starts back, drops back to N/W 3, draws a better post & ships in to face a suspect field

8-If Not Why Not – Added Lasix & stormed home from China to just miss in a noteworthy Big M debut for Kyle Spagnola, this isn’t an easier spot, but any semblance of that effort makes him a huge threat

4-Seven Roses – Just two for 20 this season with nine seconds, yet you have to use this mare off a her solid second @ better than 68-1, draws the same inside post off that needed start

RACE 11

9-Cuts Like A Knife – Flashed some speed & vigor two starts back @ Harrah’s Philadelphia, takes a class plunge here & that may be enough to overcome a tough post

8-Wynnfrith – Reeled off a three in a row @ Freehold before her narrow loss last out, demanding draw here, but this 11-time winner this season has the speed to be a factor

3-Persuasive Hanover – Got parked first over & held for a check off the sick scratch, a must consideration with another inside draw despite her 0 for 17 this season
